I am glad . You deserved it. Will Tessa be able to taste it? I know I only let my daughter have her first teaspoon of solid food (rice cereal) the day after she turned six months old. Just going through the green vegetables took weeks, never mind the yellow vegetables! Chocolate mousse cake definitely wasn''t on her list for six or seven months of age! I am 100% sure she was given some of her first birthday cake, however!

I got it about 6 months too soon for little Miss Tess but her dad and I will enjoy it!

We just got through sweet peas. You can see photos on the preggo board....it was messy!

I think today I will give her a break and let her have squash. Do I just let it defrost for a few hours before eating?

I reread this a few times. Were you talking about the defrosting the chocolate mousse cake? It never occurred to me that you were not referring to Tessa's squash until hours after I first saw this posting! I am afraid I didn't even know that the chocolate mousse cake arrived frozen! I am as ignorant about the cake as about the state of the squash you feed Tessa! I am sorry!

How funny! I am so sorry for the confusion. I am very random by nature and my thoughts jump around so much. I usually make sure I write clearly on here but obviously I miss this! Haha! About the cake I think I will follow DS''s advice and defrost in the fridge overnight. Can''t wait to eat it this weekend!

I have to congratulate Tacori again too. I love reading her posts. And.... her precious little Tessa should be on the cover of a baby magazine

She is absolutely beautiful. If I was her Nana, I would never put her down, I would be constantly holding her. HA!!

I used to drive my daughter nuts with that. Always holding Ryan and Andrew when they were little. How can you help it? Babies are so precious.

Has anyone noticed how the top of their heads always smell sooooo good???
