it''s difficult to say whether or not a cushion is any "good" just by looking at the numbers. Cushions are usually something you have to see.

Here''s a really nice one I found today. If you look at the picture you''ll see how lovely it is. But I weeded through over 50 stones with similar specs before I found this one. You have to buy fancies according to their pictures and scans, not just the numbers.
Pictures and scans are another helping tool..., scans are basically "numbers" in a 3D rendering (and only for those who are able to translate)..., but it is not enough...

you need to make decisions based on seeing with your eyes IRL and in different lighting environments.

Newice, do you have pics for the diamond you listed or have you seen it in person?

Very true. Very true. Real life reactions trump all. Just make sure you get the 'different lighting environments' part right.

Thank you Lorelei... I'm having troubling recognizing you with your new AV. CUTE!!!

Yeah that''s a nice stone unfortunately that is not within my budget.

Here''s the stone the I chose, but I haven''t seen it in person I''m just going by Gary''s and Mark''s eyes (Most of the PSR''s here trust there eyes for cushions).
At first I thought I wouldn''t like a culet but after seeing peoples cushions with a culet. I decided I wanted a stone that had one. From the pictures to me it looks like somewhere in between a modern and chunky style?

Newice-

No expert opinion, but that stone is GORGEOUS! I would definitely trust Mark after all that I''ve read here and seeing the stones he''s selected for other PS''ers. Good luck!

Oh--that''s lovely, and I love the large culet.
