Some more photos today! This diamond looks so much bigger without those blocky prongs and it sparkles so much more than it did in the other setting. I’m glad I went with the surprise rubies instead of diamonds too. They are quite a vibrant pinky red.

Mine was $795 in platinum but he only supplied some of the tiny diamonds and the rubies as we used all the diamonds from my existing setting so it would be a bit more than that if he is supplying all the small stones.

I had the little 0.8 square emerald cut diamond from way back when James Allen was Dirt Cheap Diamonds. It was in an absolute hideous setting that I have no idea why I ever chose. Recently I commissioned Daniel M to make me a new setting for it. I don’t have it yet but yesterday I got the pictures from him. I’m pleased with how it turned out. I’ve always admired the Tiffany Legacy setting so that was the inspiration for this ring.

Gorgeous and classic reset! Totally transformed it and I love the rubies too!!
