If you don’t mind me asking, what size is your diamond? I love this setting and it’s currently in n design. I love the 8 prong but my diamond is 1.5 carat. I don’t know if that would overwhelm it. Should I go 6 or would that loose the flower petal look like yours above?

I'm not @ringbling17 but with a 1.5 I'd probably do 6 prongs. 8 could work - your jeweler should be able to mock up both. If you look in the thread there are some tulip settings w/ 4 prongs. mine has 6 and I think it still looks quite floral!

This is just beautiful, @ecf8503 !! The buttery yellow gold is so rich and it allows the icy white of your stone to POP! :kiss2: Is this a reset of the same stone from your avatar (Chloe setting, I think?)?
