I'm so glad you shared this with me. What sparkly goodness this will be! I'm actually planning to have a similar pendant made using my original engagement diamond, except with heart-shaped petals, so I'm especially excited to see your finished project. I also realized that I missed a lot here lately, including your amazing AVC ring. I hope you'll be posting more photos!

The diamond is only .38 and not excellent quality, so the emphasis will be on the bright, shiny melee. My plan originally was to have it made in rose gold and wear it layered with my AVR in a bezel-set white gold pendant - that's the reason I bought the AVR in the first place. But now that the AVR is a ring, I think I'll have the flower pendant made in white gold to match my wedding set and later choosing a rose gold necklace for layering.
