I’m a 15 year old rescue greyhound, I’ve been with my forever family nearly 10 years now and they must be doing something right because even though I’m now grey around the muzzle (and food stained!) and a bit weak in the back legs I’m loving life and being a family dog.
My mum would like to bring all the rescue greys home to our house for lots of love and a proper family but Dad (quite rightly so) said “nope, don’t be ridiculous”.
Mum is always a bit ridiculous.
Anyway, the $50 payment will go to Helens Helping Hounds.

This raffle and your sharing of tourmalines and the story of your legendary find are all amazing. I feel like this community is such a special place but you have gone above and beyond!

I love button and love that this special stone will go to @kindred ! @Bron357 you rock! If my DH weren't allergic to dogs (hence we only have hypoallergenic pups), I would LOVE to rescue greyhounds. They are such lovely dogs.

@Bron357, She arrived today and she is gorgeous! Even my husband didn't manage to get a decent photo, so I hope that you don't mind my using one of your photos as my avatar. The color is so awesome.

@ringo865, We are going on vacation soon and Button will be going in the safe deposit box, but when we get back I will ask my husband to try again to get some decent photos. He is a much better photographer than I am!
 
Glad Button has arrived safely. My photo trick
Hold object in front of iPhone camera, try and get object in centre of photo, balance iPhone against body while trying to not to move object or phone and “shoot”.
Works very occasionally ha ha.
