What an awful and sad story - I e-mailed the company and would encourage others to do the same. It sounds so horrific for these poor animals that have suffered injuries, I just don''t understand how anyone could sleep at night without recalling that product.

BTW, the company does appear to be in the early stages of both a recall and a redesign of the toy - their customer service has apparently been inundated with e-mails. Fingers crossed they will do right by that poor lab that got injured.

Just Google this out and see.So many are available for sale and should be removed before another dog suffers.
