Freke, I can''t wait to see what''s coming! Since I''m a little behind, you just have one stone coming to you, correct? Or two?

ETA: Ok. Kind of recovered...Wow. They are almost the same color as my car! Which is awesome! How much does that sucker run?

Is that a good eek or a bad one? LOL!

Freke, I''m just now catching up on my PS (and my sleep) since I''ve been in Vegas all week (for work, and a little fun).

So, you''re waiting on one stone now, and have you received anything else since last Saturday?

Oh, and Dani - YOUCH!!!! That ring is AWESOME!

Gecko A very good one. That thing is beautiful!

misspinky That one is gorgeous too!

I can already foresee the problems finding a sapphire eternity band--TOO MANY choices! Who knew it was possible?

I had one priced a while back at $1200 for blue and white sapphires. They have different carat weights available too...

Krikawa has eternity bands, and they show some in sapphires only. I suppose they''d be hopelessly overbudget?

Hey Lauren! I have some questions about Vegas for you...considering jacking my own thread to ask. Hee hee hee.

I''m waiting on one stone now. It is probably sitting in my mailbox--I hope, and I''ll find out if it''s a keeper today when FF gets home from work. I haven''t received any other stones, just been waiting on this one. Although Dan has got a hot little stone on his dop right now from the looks on his page...

Oh heck, might as well go for the threadjack--What''s your favorite Cirque show? And where would you go for a nice dinner out (that doesn''t require a dress code)?

Joining the threadjack - I say Mystere with my mom a few years back and it was AMAZING.

That''s not bad dani. Hmmm...that''s going on the list.

Pjean I''ll go check them out. FF has raised the budget since the beginning, so I might be able to get away with it, but we''ll see...

Can''t wait to hear the verdict! Although I LOOOOOOOOVE that eternity geckodani posted! Can''t go wrong with that beauty!

Really? Cool! It''s at Treasure Island right? I''m leaning towards O just because it sounds cool, but I''m open to suggestions. We saw Zumanity last time and that was pretty awesome. I''m not sure about KA--sounds kind of more FF''s style than mine. Plus, then I''d be really tempted to go stare at the Joel Robuchon menu for a couple hours and probably get kicked out of the casino. I wish I could afford a $300 meal...It had damn sure better be the best food EVER though or I''ll be getting it comped...

Really. It was STUNNING. I just sat there with my mouth open for a lot of it, LOL. And yeah, it''s at Treasure Island.

GAH!!! I just checked out Krikawa and their carved curls band in white gold that I''ve been wanting....is now $910. WTF? When I first joined PS the price was around $650 I think? THAT WAS ONLY 10 (TEN) FREAKING MONTHS AGO!!!!!!!! A month or so ago when I last looked at it--$860. Why did it go up $50 dollars in the past month?! Haven''t metal prices been dropping?!

WTF?!

WTF?!

I know, Freke- I remember it being several hundred less myself. I actually considered it as my sapphire RHR until I priced a sapphire and diamond 3/4 eternity band and found it cost $100 LESS than the Krikawa.

Boo.

A Knox setting that was 760 a week ago is 990 now.... Sucks.

What is up with these prices going up like crazy?!

I''m going to go pout in the corner now...

Dani--is that anywhere on their website? I''m thinking something like that in *pink* would be perfect but I can''t find it anywhere...

I just saw "O" this weekend, and it was awesome! I''ve seen the old Cirque shows, since I lived there for 25 years, but O was my first new one. I''m a freak when it comes to the mechanics of some of thise stuff, and the stage was something to see. I just kept sitting there saying "How on earth?"

I hear Zumanity is a good one if you''re with your SO.

As far as dinner, we did Morels at The Palazzo - outside on the patio, it''s pretty much anything you want to wear. I wore some paige jeans and a BCBG top I had just bought at the Palazzo shops for 50% off!

Also, Red 8 at Wynn was delicious, and Canaletto''s in St. Mark''s square was nice, as long as you don''t eat out on the patio.

I never made it to Bouchon, but they have a bakery, and OMG! Do yourself a favour and get some pastries - YUM!

Holy moly - that''s a fast price jump! Ugh!

Does this link help misspinky?

(I went looking too and felt like a doofus for not being able to find it for about 20 minutes!)

You guys get pics as soon as I get to see the stone. No guarantees as to when that will be though. Hopefully it won''t be until I get a proposal! (Well for me, not you guys!)

I''m really leaning towards ''O''. Then probably Mystere. I did some research last night and I''m really interested in seeing this whole water thing. Zumanity is pretty fantastic with your SO.

I was thinking that we could have brunch at Bouchon the day after the wedding (likely in 2010) but I was considering it for this trip. I''ll definitely check out the pastries though. Where exactly in The Venetian is it?

I was thinking about making him take me to Daniel Boulud''s place at Wynn. I figure they''ve got a burger, he''s bound to like it, right? Lol. Little does he know its stuffed with short ribs and foie gras (at least the one in NYC is) and not at all like what he''d really be interested in...

I should go poke around the Hotel websites...
