The setting is 14k...very solid (piece weighs over 3g). The stones are small...the pink spinels are about 2mm and top color..the sapphire 2-2.5mm but looks larger as there is a small illusion setting around it if you look closely. I sent the setting to Yvonne Raley years ago and she selected/set the stones.

Admittedly, I am surprised this one is still available as it's beautifully made. The bale is hinged and snaps open/close similar to the safety catch you see on bracelets. It can be worn on a chain or beaded/Pearl necklace. I wore them with my smaller (5 1/2- 6mm ?) pearls shown here so that it hung loose so as not to scratch/stretch the strand.
