Welcome!

It probably won''t make a difference in this case, but it is always good to list the diameter measurements so the face-up size can be compared.

The diameter measurements for the first diamond are 6.45-6.48x3.96
second diamond: 6.40-6.43x3.98

would you choose the second based on the fact that it doesnt fluoresce?

No, in fact, I might actually like the med. blue! Actually, you really can''t see it unless you''re somewhere with a black light, so that is a non-issue to me.

Do you by chance have pictures of the stones? I might choose the first one, but they are both probably very nice!

i''d pick the first because fluorescence is so pretty! They both look great though.

Thanks! no photos unfortunately,

The first one is from blue nile, it was accidentally listed as a ''good'' cut. rather than an excellent cut as listed on the gia report. I bought it for 4 thousand less than the second one, but will probably get a call from their customer service tomorrow cancelling the sale.

Both *look* like they should be good, but I think images, especially Ideal Scope and/or ASET would be necessary before making a final decision.

Both look great!
