Diamond studs - help requested

I agree with those suggesting to ask for a refund and start somewhere else. I'm a fan of JA but I think I would be fed up at this point if I were you.

BGD does perfect claw prongs and you can't go wrong with their signature stones. My studs from them are SI1s and they are completely eye-clean. I don't think you would be disappointed if you choose to go with BGD.

Just wanted to say I am very sorry this has happened to you! I agree with others that in your place, I would just return the earrings and start fresh with BGD or WF. Give one or both a call on Monday and see what they can do for you. I could not be happier with the quality of my BGD studs. Good luck.
