I just got these diamonds from Luvansh and I'm just ... feeling like we're on the edge of a revolution. I feel we are in a new era, where the phrase "diamonds are expensive" is no longer true. It's only true for natural diamonds.

Here's a link to the video (embedding doesn't seem to work)

It used to be that lab diamonds still cost thousands of dollars. Not anymore.

Here are the stats:
Round
With a coupon, it was $309.
It's a 1.9 ct G VS1, HCA score of 0.9. I love it. Not much to say really. The color looks really nice, no brown detected.

Radiant
With a coupon, it was $223
It's a 1.79 ct H VS1
I'm sure people could nitpick the radiant. Many people won't like the crushed ice cut or bowtie. It's a little brownish for an H color. I don't care at all. It's a gorgeous, almost 2 ct radiant cut diamond. For less than $300. What?

I can now (over time) collect a 2ct diamond of every shape, with H+ color and VS+ clarity. I never could have even imagined we'd be in the world. And people are saying the prices will go even lower.

I wonder if people will still love diamonds when they are as affordable as moissanite. I know I will.

Just wanted to open this discussion and see what you all think. :)
