Doubts about fiance?

I haven''t had any doubts about whether or not my fiance is the one. I''m fully confident in what we have, but we''ve also been together for nine years already and living together for most of it. Had I gotten engaged early on in the relationship, I may not have had this comfort level because we were both so young. At this point, we''ve already gone through the really tough "growing up" phase together and made it through still wanting to marry each other. I think it depends a lot on your age and the stage of life you were both in when you met. Had I met my fiancee two years ago, we probably wouldn''t have waited eight years to get engaged.

I don''t think reading what people have to say about you and your fiances relationship is going to be terribly helpful, it''s more likely to make you more anxious and unsure, especially if your naturally an indesisive person (as I am).

We don''t know you or your partner so can''t really say if you should or shouldn''t be worried. Is there anything going on in your lives now that may have made you question your relationship this way? stress?

Alot of guys don''t like the idea of councilling, sharing your felings is not exactly instilled in men and boys as a positive or masuline thing to do.

If your unsure maybe make it a long engagment and use the time to figgure out how YOU feel about the relationship. and RELAX, you don''t have to make any desisions now, if it''s wrong you''ll know.
