Thanks for all the advice and especially the link Ebree! That is a very pretty gown, but I do not want anything one shouldered/asymetrical (fiance especially dislikes for some reason- he is very traditional).

As girlie-girl said, the strap is detachable so it'd make a completely strapless gown, and the corset bodice would really help define that itty bitty waist of yours!

Oh I misread it and only thought the flower was detachable. Not sure who carries Maggie Sottero in my area, but I will look into it. Thanks so much for the suggestion! I don''t love parts of that dress (brides.com shows the back, which is a corset- I prefer traditional button up) but I see what you guys mean about the fit. Plus they are a lot cheaper than pronovias!
They have a great beaded sheath, but it''s a deep sweetheart and a bit too sexy and form fitting for my wedding unfortunately - My dad is pretty conservative, so I think strapless is racy enough
