You could always try a long line bra. A lot of times they are cut very low in the back, so it might work with the dress.

I think that dress is hot! I mean WAY hot! But, I also sort of feel like it doesn''t quite match the venue. The dress is sexy and rock star, and the venue is regal. Then again, what sort of decorations are you using. That venue could dress up differently to match the dress I suppose.

You could always get a different dress for the wedding itself and use this dress as your ''get away dress'' to wear to wherever it is that your first night as Mr. and Mrs. will be. (get away dresses are definately on my mind)

ETA: I just noticed your idea of shortening the straps for support. I am not sure that it would help much. They are such delicate straps!

I love the venue...

And the rock star thing is what I thought too...honestly, Madonna came to mind.

This dress is not in-line with "simple" and I think you could do better flattering your absolutely fabulous body. Let us know what you decide!
