For that budget I would prefer to buy from a vendor who offers technical imaging to help evaluate cut quality in fancies. To hard to evaluate with just pictures like this.

ON PS, a lot of people use Whiteflash, Distinctive Gem, Brian Gavin Diamonds. Some people like Diamonds by Lauren. Jann Paul is also mentioned a lot. There are probably others if you peruse the RT forum. You just need an expert to help sift through the potentials and select the best options for you, so you don't have to buy and return a million rocks.
 
I like the second one due to how the facets change.

Your eyes will be the best judge. With BN’s return policy I would not hesitate to buy from them.
 
Agree with @Dreamer_D ...if I were spending that kind of money I would want an aset image.

I would see if Whiteflash can bring them in and do the images for you ...I think this is the 2.53 (less expensive too)
