Emerald cut setting with cup?

Hi all! Wondering if there is such a setting that closes up windows on an emerald cut, which I know go with the territory but they bug me. But also very cleanable? I can’t seem to picture it.

From the top I just want it to look like a simple double claw prong ring, but the bottom closed in and not reflecting or seeing through to the band or my finger.

Simple like this.
