Ah, yes I agree w/ you about the encrusted pave. Gorgeous to look at and I think a great idea as an anniv band that's worn alone & not very often. But for an everyday wedding band I'd be too nervous (this coming from a woman who's set has full eternity bandsboysenberry|1356676015|3341278 said:Roxy|1356675342|3341273 said:What a beauty! Thank you!! I'm thinking of an eternity band of some kind, probably not too big... but I haven't tried any on yet so we will see! Another idea I had in my mind (but haven't seen any real pictures of) would be a band encrusted with lots of pave... but that might be kind of impractical if pave is more prone to falling out?![]()

Then once you think you have a few ideas, buy some CZ "replicas" & live w/ each of them for a few days. Doing this saved us so much money & disappointment!
The prongs are fabulous, they look like a pretty tulip! Thank you for sharing such a beauty! I will keep a look out for more pictures of your gorgeous ring!boysenberry|1356676251|3341279 said:Ahh yes I would love to take a good pic of the prong details. I'm using a DSLR with a 50mm f/1.8 lens, so it's not quite macro enough to get super close. I did order a macro lens so will hopefully have even better pictures soon! In the meantime I will experiment some more and see if I can get some side shots.hearts-arrows_girl|1356675392|3341274 said:Congrats on your engagement! Your ring is beautiful! And I think it faces up pretty white too! I went to help a friend try on some rings and the jeweler was surprised to learn mine was a KThank you for the compliments!!
Since I didn’t have any knowledge of CZs, I searched the web and ended up using 2 sites: Berricle.com & JewelryPayless.com. There are a ton of others out there though, you can even order through Amazon.boysenberry|1356706832|3341462 said:Roxy|1356678444|3341287 said:To get ideas, you & your friends should spend time in the large jewelry stores, like Jareds, just to try on (not buy) a bunch of looks (channel, shared prong, etc) as well as a variety of band widths.
