Have you read through suggestions that have already been made in this thread? Do you think she would value the size of the stone over L color in a round brilliant diamond?
Modern or old cut?
In order to get a well cut diamond, I think you are going to have to drop your size requirement or up your price a bit. The diamonds you show pictures of do not appear to be well cut. Color and clarity are secondary to cut if you want the diamond to have lots of life and sparkle. I looked at Whiteflash and James Allen and don’t see anything with your preferred specs and size for 9 or 10k. I can’t in good conscience recommend something that doesn’t have a great make - I believe in cut that much. Maybe some other posters will have better luck. An L color, SI diamond that is not well cut will just not perform well at all in my opinion. Prices are high now and selection is rather limited so that doesn’t help the cause.
@MamaBear has listed the same ones I would have recommended. We all understand budget constraints but you also want to put something on her finger that you both will be proud of for years to come!Well what would you recommend for the 9k. 10k price you can come down on size a little if needed
it sounds like you know what you want. if your eyes liked it in person, than i think that's your choice! the most important thing is you and your intended love it. congrats on the upcoming engagement. i'm sure she will appreciate all the thought you've put into the search.
This is a ring that someone I know recommended to me in a store. Please give me feedback. Please do understand my circumstances when providing feedback my price range and budget constraints. Thank you so much in advance.

it's not a stone i would choose for myself. you have many suggestions for better performing stones in the thread. id suggest taking another look at them. that's just MY opinion. what matters most is yours and your future fiance.
It's a really warm stone; idk if your fiancee would be ok with a stone that warm. Also I cannot make out what the symbols are on the clarity plot but if those are feathers it would be a definite no for me.
Neither... proportions and optics are off.
If this one is in the budget, I strongly suggest that it be considered:
