Hello all,
Im currently dealing with a very highly regarded in this forum jewelry maker and have had a very pleasant experience with them so far.

We where originally looking at a very similar spec'ed (to this one) diamond however when it was getting set, a big part of it got chipped (I was told it was a very rare case for this grade). He assures me that the following diamond he can offer me is the best in its category available at the moment and that it even has a slightly better cut resulting in it being more expensive to them however they will maintain the original price.

I would like your opinions on this diamond:

Round Brilliant Cut
GIA 1169058971
1.21 Carat
F Color
VS 2 Clarity
Excellent Cut, Polish and Symmetry
No Fluorescence

Per GIA report (may be rounded):
Total Depth: 61.7%
Table: 56%
Crown Angle: 34
Pavilion Angle: 40.8
Culet: 0%

HCA Score: 1.0, very good spread, everything else is excellent.

The inclusions diagram in the report show a lot of symbols which alarmed me but he told me that even though there appear to be more inclusions, they look much more alarming in paper. That since it's still a VS2 (same as the original diamond) the other diamond had less inclusions but they where larger.

TL;DR
Should I be worried about this diamond having an Indented Natural inclusion and a Extra Facet even if its a VS2 XXX diamond? What is your overall impression on this diamond?

Thanks a lot!

Re: Extra facet and Indented Natural in XXX GIA Cert. diamon

Extra facet and indented natural on a GIA VS2 would not bother me at all and I'm pretty picky.
They are not visible like some clouds or feathers, and do not compromise the stability of the stone.

GIA lists the most-serious, grade-setting inclusions first, and notice they are listed last.

Thank you Kenny, would you be worried about the structural integrity of the diamond at all? Im a little paranoid after the chipping incident. Also, at this point, should I just make sure its an eye clean diamond?
