Feather on girdle - new buyer ask for help

As a new buyer, I'm not quite sure where the inclusion located by just looking at pics.
And I'm wondering if the feather on girdle has material effect on VS2 diamond?

GIA 2166969903 (inclusion at around 12 o'clock?!)


GIA 2167915397 (inclusion at around 10& 12 o'clock?!)


These two diamonds are more or less same price. Which one is better?

Strictly by the numbers? I find myself leaning towards GIA 2167915397, but it's not really my type of stone (I'm too much of a purist) just the better option of the two in my opinion. I also like the inclusions indicated on the plotting diagram of that diamond more... Note that a lab report and clarity image aren't really enough to make an informed decision, it would be nice to see reflector scope images of the diamond in order to get a better feel for the degree of optical symmetry, e.g. ASET scope, Ideal scope, etc. You might want to do some reading on the importance of static contrast / contrast brilliance, effects of proportions upon light return, effects of optical symmetry upon sparkle factor, etc. before making a decision.
