I shall get some shots in the sun over the weekend when I'm not working! This is as close as I got to a flower shot.

Your ring is gorgeous! So sleek and simple...really shows off the beauty of the diamond!

Thanks for all you nice comments! Stay tune for more shots in the sun, coming up on Sunday! Gee, wearing a ring at work is so darn distracting...

Wowzers! Gorgeous! You are very talented w/the camera and you have a gorgeous stone!!!
What kind of camera do you have????

GladysKristen, CONGRATULATIONS on your engagement! What an absolutely stunning ring. I know you said it was custom, did they base it on the Vatche ring? The lines are so graceful! You did a great job with photos too! Enjoy every second of wearing that beautiful ring!

Skippy,
I'm using a Fujifilm S6500fd (pic below). It's a semi-pro camera. It's got this great super-macro mode that allows a focus range of as short as 1cm!

Gailrmv,
They based it on a picture of the Tiffany Lucida.

WOW even in this photo I can see this is a much better setting, and it doesn''t even show the same angle as all the problems in the other setting. Make sense? Much better setting even though I''ve only looked at 3 photos so far.

Stone looks GREAT!

Gladyskristen, so glad your diamond found a better home! It''s beautiful! Great pics as well, I loved looking at every one of them!

Finally got the pics in the sun! The Singapore sun is almost TOO bright! I hope I didn''t damage my corneas too badly from taking these photos...

Let''s start off with some rainbow reflections on a piece of paper...

Now THIS is the cornea-damaging shot that I was talking about. You can almost get a 2nd degree burn from this 1!
