OK, this post is making me have butterflies, because cobalt blue is my main color and your centerpieces are almost exactly what I have imagined - could you tell me where/how much the cylinder vases are from, and also if the flowers immersed in the water are real or fake?

Thanks so much, laughwithme, and I''m glad you like the colors! We rented the vases from our florist, but I''ve also seen them pretty cheap at Michael''s, Hobby Lobby, etc. and at save-on-crafts.com. We sat the vases on a light base (also available at the same places) so that the arrangements glowed. The flowers were real, although I think they''re dyed for the blue color and are usually just purple and white. The flowers are called bombay dendrobium orchids, and I know fiftyflowers.com sells them from their site. Hope that helps!

One of my favorites from the whole day, and why I love my photographer for her brilliant instincts! I attached pics of loved ones who had passed away. This pic was taken over my cousin''s shoulder as she was realizing that I had a picture of her mother in my bouquet.

Awwww, thank you so much, everyone! Y''all are just too sweet! I''m really glad everyone liked the flowers--I was dead set on those purple and blue orchids before I ever even chose a florist (God bless Kim Nelson of Kimberly Nelson Floral Designs--I walked into her studio on day one with a folder full of pictures and sketches. I know she probably thought I was going to be the biggest bridezilla ever, haha!). Everyone who asked what my colors were before the wedding thought I was nuts (or told me I was having the Old Navy wedding since their shopping bags are also blue, aqua, chartreuse, and purple, haha), so it was a blast seeing everything come together the way I had hoped it would. Thanks to all of you for looking and for all your kind words!
