Gem network (satellite)

Any one know their reputation? From what I can see (and I usually watch before going to sleep in the evenings), their goods seem to be fairly marked, and if something is included, or otherwise not perfect, they do say so. I believe their main cutter is "Shaun" and I note he seems very fond of checkerboard tables. Personally, I prefer, if looking at a Portugese round, to see a flat table.

Any comments?

Hey win.... I have ordered from them and have not had any problems.The only thing is they are really slow at refunding your money.They really have some beautiful jewelry & gemstones.
