Has anyone bought gems of the T.V? like from Jewelry television?

My sister as bought jewelery from The Home Shopping Network and years ago I bought an emerald. The good part is they allow you to return the items if you don''t like them when you get them. My sister has returned about 50% of what whe bought. I kept the emerald it was light toned but pretty and cheap.

Regards,
Maurice

I''ve bought some gems from Jewelry Televsion.
The gems appeared a whole lot bigger on air than in person.
I was a bit disappointed, but I didn''t return the items since you will have to pay for the S&H both way.
You''ll be $15 dollar in the hole if you don''t like an item.

I don''t recommend getting the gem parcels if you should decide that you want to buy something from them.
The reason being is because most of the gems are chipped when I opened the package.
Either they have poor quality control or the gems are sofer than I thought.
They claimed that each parcel is inspected before they shipped it and the chipping could be due to the rubbing of the gems during shipping.
I find it hard to believe that the gems are that fragile to incurred chipping during transport.

They do have some nice looking jewelries for half the price that you''d find in the malll or jewely chain.

i have been happy with an emerald and tourmaline ring i purchased. the quality is not bad at all. however, their gem parcels and single gemstones are very different that that advertised on air. i''d say anything they are selling in the hundreds or thousands is suspect, but a few single items are as they appear. plus they will refund you for anything you don''t like, less s/h.
