Thank you for asking! It was lovely -- although we were surprised there was a full dinner afterwards as the invite mentioned "cocktail reception following"! I ended up wearing a floaty floral top with navy pants, accessorized by an 18" strand of akoyas, diamond drop earrings, and a diamond tennis bracelet.
The guests were dressed in a variety of styles and I felt perfectly comfortable. And, as the wife of the bride's uncle, no one knew me other than the immediate family anyway!
At least now I have an actual dress in the closet to wear to any future occasion.
