Good candidate for re-cut?

I was hoping you could help me.

i was wondering if the stone below would be suitable for a recut, and if so, how much would it cost and are there any great places to have the work done in Australia?

Why question it myself, when I can ask the experts!

I was kinda hoping there are other opinions, before I seek him.

There is plenty of material there for a recut but it is going to go well under 2ct to get something decent out of it.
The next question is if the inclusions will allow a recut and that can only be answered in person by an expert.
I would have Garry take a look at it.
