Hey Alexis- I know it''s hard to keep all the rings straight. I have a hard time remember the backstories to all of them.
The setting originally stole my heart when I saw it in a local jewelry store in downtown Seattle, but it was set with a very brillant fancy yellow radiant that is absolutely humongous. That ring was a one of a kind and when I couldn''t find anything else like it, my bf went ahead and had them make one very similar. So I guess it''s custom. We put a smaller stone in it and there is less carat weight in my bigger band (the original band was about .1 more tcw and was a size 5.5, my ring is a size 6.5)
It felt so good to finally be able to fit my dream setting and ring onto my hand over my big ol'' knuckles!! lol!!

thanks for all the wonderful comments!! It was nice to come home and to get everyone''s warm wishes.
Mandarine, my fiance (!) and I have a cute little story. One day, many years ago, my boyfriend said to me,''I love you.'' and I said ''I love you too.'' Being a being of a smarty pants, he says, ''I love you 3''. I wasn''t really in the mood to play that game so I decided to throw him off and blurted out, ''well, I love you 8!'' and he counteracted with a ''I love you 8? Why?''
Thinking fast, I said that I loved him 8 because it was infinity on his side.
So to this day we always say, ''I love you 8'' meaning that we''ll love each other for infinity. The weave of the band totally reminds me of that.
