Graduated Diamond Riviera Necklace

Beautiful, thanks for sharing!

DK :kiss2:

Wow! Stunning!!! I bet it’s going to be a real test of patience till you get it, officially!!!!

I know. OMG I keep trying it on when he leaves. My sister came over to see it last night. I’m going to spring it out in November. I did mention that I wanted one the day I purchased so it won’t be total shock.

wow it's beautiful. the graduated stones especially compliments your neck line. they are so white and shiny! :kiss2:

The graduation is my favorite part. It helps tie in all my other bling pieces. In the past I tried on several and none did anything for me.

Oh wow wow wow this is stunning! What a gorgeous, classy, but still smack-you-in-the-mouth-with-this-beautiful-array-of-bling look this is! Absolute perfection. You’ve absolutely solidified that I need a rivière necklace at some point, I’ve been considering it for a while but the size I was initially thinking of was going to be major $$$. What would be the size of the biggest stone in the center?

An idea I thought of btw, was to shorten the chain of your cross pendant slightly (can be shortened in an adjustable manner, with jump rings, so you can still wear it at this longer length) so that the pendant begins just below the necklace and so it looks like the necklace is the chain for your pendant. You might legitimately cause cartoon style double takes and car accidents when people spot that blingilicious beauteousness around your neck!

I love your description lol. The total weight for first five stones is 2.80 ctw. The center is .72 and two on each side are .64 points. The stones next to the .60s are .40 pointers. Then drops to .30s and gets smaller. The shine on the stones is consistent from large to small.

Im not happy with the chain my cross is on. It needs to be changed and I’m definitely getting one with jump ring like you suggested

It’s super stunning. I also like the degree of graduation, it seems smooth and natural instead of too abrupt to the eye. Also what a line of fire! Just incredible. I think the size of yours is just perfect as a showstopper but not OTT. I really like your style.

Btw, if you are planning on getting a new chain etc another thing you could do is to get a hinged bale on your cross. Then you could wear it on a chain sometimes and on your necklace other times. Eliminates the extra chain for a cleaner look!

Oh my goodness that is a beautiful necklace! The size and graduation looks perfect on you!

Think of how stunning you will look debuting your new bling at Thanksgiving!

We'd looooove more photos, when hubby leaves and you can sneak some!

ps: What is the length of the necklace? It sits so perfectly on you.

This is a really nice proportionate Riviera necklace you picked. Very graceful. I, too, like it better than other examples of the style. Also, oddly and selfishly, some of my sub-carat stones are about the exact same weight as that central cluster/trio of diamond sizes. So it is super interesting to see how those approximate weight stones go together lined up. :geek:

The Necklace just felt right when I saw It in the mirror. It instantly just came together with my studs and cross which I was wearing because I was looking for chain for cross. The sizes of the stones are big enough so it can be worn casually or dressed up

Thank you so much. I will definitely post some photos when he leaves tomorrow haha. Don’t want to get busted. It’s 16 inches as it righy on my collarbone. It felt so right when I tried it on. I was like this is mine. I had tried on several same size stone ones last year but they didn’t do anything for me.

I won’t get to wear at thanksgiving because we normally host for 40 people and I’m in yoga pants and exhausted by the time Dinner rolls around lol.

Thank you so much. It’s the graduation of stones. I’m convinced because prior to this they did nothing for me.
