Hi everyone,
I finally got my e-ring assembled and couldn''t be happier with the results. We ended up going with a palladium setting because I liked the white gold look and cost but didn''t want to deal with rhodium plating. Our search led us to Danforth Diamond, who had gorgeous simple settings that fit my modest budget. I couldn''t find very much info about them on PS so I wanted to add my experience to the knowledge base - hopefully it''ll help someone in the future.
Danforth was a pleasure to work with. The setting I bought went on sale three days after I ordered it and they gave me the discount anyways (without me asking). The setting was supposed to take two weeks to make, but I called to ask that the order be rushed and received the ring about a week early. I even called to have a copy of the invoice emailed to me (for insurance reasons) and got it in 10 minutes. Their customer service is fantastic.
The palladium setting is adorable, and the workmanship is great. It looks expensive even though it cost only $225! I like that palladium is not as silvery white as white gold - I think it makes my WF ACA really stand out. The picture does NOT do the diamond justice.
Anyway, enough blabbing - I know y''all just want a pic. Anyway, thanks Danforth!
