The stone is pretty big. originally 11.77 ct and 14x12x8, but we had the cutter take a bit off the corners to widen so the proportions of bagettes in halo looked better.

the rose colored sapphires look neat next to green... but I only saw them together once last December when trying to decide setting! Thought pink and green less formal for a tourmaline... but Leon went a little wild with the diamond bubbles on the sides! Did not think he would put so many! Will see tomorrow am!

I received the ring and I''m totally blown away by the workmanship! It really is one of a kind! The rose pink sapphires enhance the tourmaline and the delicate diamond pave is incredible. To all those who have Leon pave- WOW!!!

I just can not bare to take hand shots because living in So Cal... financial situation has changed and mortgage issues take priority... so I probably need to sell ring instead of enjoying for myself.

Has a vintage deco ish feel to it, and the underside is amazing.
