I would love to talk to KBerly, can I do that? This is not on MM site...are there any others out there that a newbie wouldn't know of?
Wow that is too cool.

~~Hey Tacori... since we are such great friendscan I have half of your cookie???
Speaking of pave on smooth metal... you may want to take a look at some jewelry using rows of pave on satin or brushed finish platinum. I can't tell whether you will like it, of course, but to me the look seemes fantastic. Against the soft gray metal the tiny diamonds look like a beam of light - the smaller they are, the more stryking.Date: 10/7/2005 1:26:09 PM

Hi Valeria,
Kaylas' story that makes me wonder if the simple sleek metal (design look) wears off...I mean in your hunger for bling...and the Pave craving comes back to bite you.
I woudn't know... I like simple things, always have.
NEW QUESTION: If I plan to be a ONE RINGER will the 3 sided pave issue only be in the stones possibly falling out?
Not sure what this means... if the question is 'does three sided pave wear well 24/7' I am not sure the answer is 'yes'. Just don't know any better.
Can a pave platinum be polished bright? Or is that why most have the rich details of miligraining and beadwork? So maybe my idea of smooth metal...can't be satisfied with the pave choice?
Not sure what this means either. Rows of pave-set diamonds can be set on polished or satin finished platinum very nicely. There is no need for engraving or mill grain or whatever. Also, the small stones can be set flush without the metal beads holding them in place, but that style is more restrictive: you need some more space between the stones and one row of them is easier to achieve than a covered surface... as much as I can tell.
~~I agree with Kaleigh, however, I may be a little biased (hint: see avatar) LOL!! I think the solitaire and eternity band is a great classic combination. Also, for the eternity band, there are so many options because solitaires look great with almost anything!!! Good luck!!!!Date: 10/10/2005 3:48:26 PM

Door Knob, I think you should go for a classic solitaire and get a blitzy eternity ring. How about that???
