hello to you Matatora!

You are the cutest little Boston. I hope you have a diamond collar.

Thanks for the Welcome!

PS. What is that big blue bar?

Ok Kaleigh....when I know he is in a good mood, you can have him!

My problem is I can''t quite looking at GingerBCookies ring. It is Pave don''t you know? HOUMedgals head is nice too. And I really want to see Begood''s close up. I have to snuff out this pave thing. The flame is burning too hot right now. Before I go to him with the addtional ring idea and sleek solitaire. So be on stand by...I have you on speed dial.

-funny someone used these intials earlier...I kept looking at it over and over I thought what is DKS? What does DKS mean? Who is DKS? What a wacko! It''s me!

Oh Ava does need a diamond collar! I think she would get a kick out of that! The blue bar is my weight, there is a Daily Workout Thread in the Are We There Yet? forum. It is open to everyone and is a great place to find support for losing weight, exercising, or just living a healthy lifestyle!

OOps late here, welcome Miss Doorknob

That is one of my favourite sayings " did you see her diamond it was as big as a doorknob!!"

You will have a good time here, I like the eternity band idea too with the plain solitaire, that way you have a choice of mood blingage

Some days one just feels blingier than others and that should accomodate nicely! Glad you turned PS''s doorknob and enjoyed such a great welcome!

Hello to you

Lorelei,

And thank you. Your mood blingage insight is something to consider. Can''t wait to use that explanation..."I am in a More Blingage Mood".

Great idea. Yes I am glad to have received such a great welcome. I love it here.

JadeLeaves, Hello to you!!

I am so glad to meet you. I''ve been reading about about your trials and glad you made it through. Your diamond is fabulous any way you choose to wear it. I bet you too may have had the thought to drill a hole in the culet...and attach a chain to it...call it a pendant and move on.

My remount decision will be done with deliberate consideration...I have you to thank for that. Not sure if that is any consulation. I am learning from everyone on this board...and I am most appreciative.

Thanks for the hello,

Door Knob

PS. Is there a signifcant meaning to the nic JadeLeaves?

Doorknob, I have always planned to add a diamond half-eternity wedding band to match the band of my e-ring. I actually think it would be fun to have a wedding band and then later get an anniversary band to match so that I have 3 rings...e-ring in middle, bands that match the band of my e-ring on either side. However, I do love the look of my e-ring by itself, so I think something similar would look FAB all by itself...and your hubby might go for that easier, right??

But, as all the ladies said, we have your back here, and we can help you come up with reasons why you NEEEEED to have a matching band with your new ring, if the need arises.

Thanks HOUMedGal,

I think your plan to have the wedding band fish tail match is great...and then to add the anniversary ring is also a fabulous idea...what anniversary? Will you be too impatient for the third ring and use your first anniversary as an excuse to get the third band? Plan your work..and work your plan!!

Oh I tried on a set today that was VERY similar to yours. It was a prototype and had to have kinks worked out. The fish tail wasn''t as richly detailed as yours and the zig zag edge was actually sharp. The jeweler said she designed it... but realized it has to go back to the bench for softer polished edges. After seeing yours...hers didn''t look quite right. Yours is really a great design.

HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT: Mr. Door Knob has spoken...that is about "This Ring Thing"...

(You see part of my delimma about the white metal upgrade was that I saw many a platinum piece that was in need of polishing. That is for my taste. I love bight shiny metal...chrome like..high polished metal...so a patina/dull platinum is never any thing I will be satisfied with. I tried to get a few of the plat designers to make my ring in white gold...and then continally rodium plate it when necessary...that was before I saw MM''s plat work...)

SO Mr. DKS said..."why don''t you do that diamond thing (aka pave) all around the ring...that way you don''t have to contend with the high polish maintanence all the time?"

*QUESTION:*

If a husband is the one who suggests the purchase of additional diamondages...do we question his thinking? Board; Please reply with your thoughts. This means only one ring...pave ring.

dks
