Aww thank you Skippy!! Today''s exam was brilliant so I''m off to dinner now with my family and D and then to a house party! Then we''ll see where the night takes us (I''ll probably be home by about 11 as I got up at 6 this morning to study

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for the birthday wishes. The kids have been home for two days now due to snow and we're housebound due to car issues! AHHHH! How many Scooby Doo cartoons can a person take?

My MIL is taking the boys to her house over the weekend and DH and I will be heading out for fun then. It's suppose to keep snowing here forever. . .I guess on Saturday we'll get a few drinks, see a movie, and do mini-shopping at Sephora.

DH said I should just attempt to take the car out today however I'm worried with all the snow it would be too risky if it started overheating and we ended up stuck (for those who didn't see the issues with the head gasket, it needs a $1,200 repair and is semi-driveable.) It can be driven for about 1/4 before I need to pull over and have it cool off! If I drive it down hills in neutral, it'll last about 2 miles at a stretch.
