Help! I can't find my Diamond on the EGL site check?

Hello I tried to look up 2 diamonds on the EGL USA site and every time I try it say's incorrect number but I know this isn't the case. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I enter in the numbers and drop the letters? The diamond numbers are the following:

egl usa us901481701
the other is: egl us29805901D
