I would be highly suspect that the cert goes with the stone, and I bet it is a lump of coal!! With those specs, and even though it's I1, it should still be much more than $1500!! It's probably like an I3 with poor polish, color and symmetry.

Ditto the price....If it was the cost per carat it wouldn''t sound so bad but it would still be a low price.
