HELP ME! I've spent the last 3 months trying to figure out the perfect ring!

This would be beautiful and under budget. I have the valoria setting myself, and find it is perfect for daily wear (and beautiful)

ETA: the second diamond option, if you prefer ACA

I say no to this one...it looks like a presentation ring that you will change out for a nicer setting later.

The cheapest ring BGD has that has nice prongs (IMO) is this one but I dont like it in this case because of the 2.8mm top width wish
is too much for a .6 stone (again, my opinion)

They really dont have a nice 6 prong setting at a lower price point.

I agree…the prongs are not very pretty or finely finished on https://www.briangavindiamonds.com/products/six-prong-solitaire-5351?variant=40214750593085.

I think after much deliberation, I've decided to go with this - https://www.whiteflash.com/loose-di...olor-vs2-clarity-round-ideal-cut-sku-a4421885

Since you all helped me so much, I thought i'd share it with you. Will let you know once I place the order and pictures once its ready and put on :) Can't thank you all enough.

Great choice, looking forward to seeing your photos!

It's going to be stunning!!!

I have the setting you've chosen in yellow gold. It really is a nice setting. Doesnt overwhelm the stone and has nice lines.

I have petite claw prongs which I recommend on this size stone (but go with what you like or what you think your GF would like).

Edit...here is a picture of a .62 in the Valoria petite setting (its in yellow gold...couldnt find same size in white gold). Just so you
can have a look at the proportions of stone/setting. (if you go down to the bottom of the Valoria Petite page you can click
through different rings they have made with the setting.

Oh my God this looks perfect. Is there a way to specify petite prongs?

Yes! Just tell them/call them, and they will put that in your order. Send them a photo example of what you mean just to be 100% clear, though they did this when they made earrings for my mother-in-law and they understood the request without a photo!

She’s going to thrilled, it’ll be lovely.

Thank you so much for actively helping me..I might be a lil stupid but any reason why this ring is so much more expensive than others which I see around 700-1000? Can you please let me know how to choose what's the right kind of setting? I am mostly looking for a basic setting with 6 prongs ideally. Tapered I've heard looks good on Solitaires too.

Because its Vatche and Platinum
