Help me pick an engagement party invitation???

So I really need to get my butt in to gear and send out our engagement party invitations!
I''ve narrowed it down to two designs however I don''t know which one to pick

I''m tossing up between either the "flowers and candy" theme or the "garland" theme.

is it going to be really formal? if so then i would go for the garland
but if it''s going to be more laidback i would do flowers and candy (which also is my personal favorite of the two)

It is a cocktail party at a local rowing club, its the Regatta room. (Not sure whther I will style the room or not)

I second the Flowers and Candy invite as well! They are more appealing to the eye and the colour on them makes them look fun and celebratory,

If you were going really really formal, I''d use the garland. Otherwise, (and especially if you''re going to be a little modern/fun) I''d use the flowers/candy. It sends a message of fun

Ohh, I love the flowers and candy invite. It''s vibrant and fun! But, like others posted if you wanted something more formal then I''d go with the garland one (which is also very pretty). Let us know what you decide.

I love the garland invite but like others say if your wedding isn''t going to be a very formal affair, then I''d go with the flowers and candy one.
