Help picking lab diamond from Clean Origin

Thanks for all the help! I think I may get another diamond just to compare it to. I’m on the fence about the color and whether to go slightly larger. It looks a smidge warmer than my 1.82 G GIA I sold not too long ago. What do you guys think of these two?

I like the first one better than the second.

I also found these two if you want to take a look.

Thanks I’ll take a look are these two as well!

I just got this one in 3.66 E VS1. What do you guys think of this one? I think it has a smidge more fire and brilliance. The one on the right is the 3.66 E VSI and left is 3.24 G VSI

They both look beautiful. It sounds like the E is speaking to you more. Have you brought them around all your usual lighting environments to compare performance?

Yes they both perform great under different lighting conditions. I’m going to keep the 3.66 E VS1 and set it in 6 prongs with pave on the band and prongs. Thanks for your help!

My pleasure! So glad you found the right diamond for you. Please come back and share photos once it's set!

I finally got the ring back. Decided to keep the original band done by a jeweler in the diamond district and have the prongs replaced for the new diamond. I went through a friend to get the prongs done and I have to say, I’m regretting it. I’m not loving the craftsmanship on the new prongs. It looks a little crooked to me and the pave is spaced too far apart. The pave on the prongs holding the diamond just looks like too much metal holding the pave diamonds compared to the pave on the band. Am I being crazy? What do you guys think?

I think I see what you mean about the crookedness and the extra metal. These types of prongs are difficult to do well. I would caution against pave prongs with only a single point of connection to the shank. The prongs themselves will be weaker than metal-only prongs due to the holes required to hold the diamonds, and one good knock could break the prongs off from the shank.
