Valeria , you are writing in such an interesting kind of magical manner so it takes a moment to convert your message So as far as I understood , you meant to say that they still hold the stone strong,right ?? I used to have huge jambo prongs lol that even if you put your ring in food processor the prongs will be intact

I think Valeria means that a shorter prong will be sturdy because it’s shorter. The same thickness is harder to break when it’s short because you can’t get the same leverage to snap it like you can when it’s longer. At least that’s how I understood it - is that right @valeria101?
So you don’t need to fear the delicate prongs because they’re short enough to be strong not flimsy
