Help with 2 Diamonds

I have 2 diamonds I am deciding between, brilliance and fire are really important to me so I am trying to find a very well cut round diamond. Initial search was 2.3ct to 2.5ct. I have put both in the HCA calculator one is just over 1 and the other gave me a 0.9.

The 2.28ct diamond would be easier for me to turn into a floating diamond necklace as my jeweler has it in hand. I think the 2.35ct might be a bit better but if the 2.28ct is close enough I’ll probably go with that one as it just makes the process a bit easier. I trust your opinion though so if you tell me the 2.35ct will be noticeably different then I’ll purchase it!! Looking for brilliance and fire

2917 is vastly superior due to the way higher quality diamond crystal...grab it up before someone else does!

Thank you so much! I was guessing you would say that! It not too much more $$ just a bit more extra work finding a jeweler who will set it as my jeweler only works with his own stones that he sources which is a bummer because his prices are great. You think that stone will have a noticeable difference in person?

Sorry for not catching the carat weights in the rest of the quoted post. I'm past the editing period, but I think you'll be fine since there are no color, clarity, report numbers, or links to the diamonds, so nobody will be able to figure out which exact diamonds you were asking about.
