Help with Fancy colored diamond please.

The link for FCD 1 and FCD 2 are to the same stone. Although I am partial to cushions, the leakage at the edges bother me too much.
I am usually not a fan of radiants but this one is well coloured and well cut.

Not crazy about the middle star effect but perhaps a video will be more helpful (might light on/off, which isn't too bad).

I agree with Chrono, I think the pear will be windowed. It has a pretty big tilt window in the video too.

As for the Leibish stones, that radiant is TDF, great color, great cutting, and nice even color.

I searched so hard to find rough prices for colored stone. Info is so limited online. Does anyone so kind that happen to know the fair price range for a FIY diamond?

Almost gave up on the first pear shape diamond, but the vendor sent me another video and explained that there is no windowed area. So posting it here
