I love browsing Lang for inspirations, however, I find their prices a tad on the high side.
Given the choices, I would get No. 2 as that is more timeless.
I too a big fan of the ballerina setting, however, I am not certain if the shape of the stone suits this one as I believe an oval would fit better.
No. 3 is nice and delicate.
Not keen on No. 4 - if I were given this ring, the stones will be taken out and re-purposed into a bracelet/bangle of some sort.
All personal opinions and preferences etc. etc...
Whatever you pick, I am certain your mum will love it.
