How do you save your favorite PS photos?

I''m new here and am in the early stages of planning an upgrade to my engagement ring. I also have a new Mac computer that I got just before the holidays and I have yet to figure out how to use it well. I am browsing lots of threads and seeing great photos. While I just bookmark the useful threads I was thinking that there must be a more efficient way to retain the pictures. How do you do it?

I don''t have a mac so I really can''t help you. But on a PC, you just right click and save the photo to My Pictures.
