How much do the small (side) stones matter? (Wedding Band question)

If your fingers are sensitive you will likely find that James Allen ring kind of uncomfortable, I know I did. My fingers are much more comfortable with bezel settings over prongs for bands. I have a David Klass eternity band and while it’s fab I only wear it on special occasions.
