Dunno what''s up with this ''unheated'' word... it pops up in every nook a cranny as a stand in for ''untreated'' or something like that. For a quick linguistic survey... go on Ebay/Jewelry&Watches and run a search for it: you will end up with ''unheated'' garnet, diamond, emerald, CZ, moonstone and just about everything else.
