OMG. that is SO funny....your predrafted complaints!!!!

DancingFire- seriously, I''m all bark and no bite! My hubby likes to call me passive aggressive LOL... For example, in front of my conractor, I''m all in love with everything...when he leaves, I yell at my husband, telling him how it looks like a 3 year old did the painting LOL

A few months ago my 87 year old mother took my daughter to the dentist in her town. (She only drives in her own town now.) She was driving through a green light when an SUV that had run a light hit her in the side. The young, healthy, female driver was utterly without remorse. She had a child in the car and a friend. She called her husband on the cell phone and ignored my mother. Luckily her friend told the police it was totally her fault and she got a ticket. But my mother had a bruised knee for months and had trouble getting around and even getting into bed. No...she didn''t sue. She was only interested in getting better. I felt like writing to the woman and telling her what damage she had done to my mother...but she wouldn''t have cared. The good news is that my mother *did* get better. Living well is the best revenge, right?

I wonder what she would have done if after she said, ''I could buy someone like you,'' you responded with ''Then show me the money!''
GAH! Always a witty one after the fact! I would have said "Larger bills only, please, my bank account is at so and so credit union" now that I look back at it.

I would have preferred to say, "I suspect not. President Lincoln made that illegal."

Even if you manage to stuff 20 cheeseburgers down your throat, they''ll still find something wrong with you. I have been called anorexic by total strangers, and after i ate 3 big macs, they called me a bulimic and asked if i needed help puking.

lol!

A grocery checker whom I frequently spoke with yelled out one evening as I was exiting out of the store that I should eat more ice cream as I was too skinny!

I had no idea what to reply with. . .so I informed her that maybe she should eat less (

) Just kidding! lol . . .

ETA: I''m half way through an article on Cameron Diaz and she said her entire childhood was scarred by continous comments regarding her being too thin! People are kind of screwed up, you know that? We spend millions on weight loss products, but it''s not acceptable to actually ACHIEVE these weight loss goals. God forbid you actually find a way to be healthy and fit.
Well, the next time some rude person comments about you being too thin, just retort with that classic Dorothy Parker comeback: you can never be too rich or too thin.
Oh My Lord I love Dorothy Parker...I wish I was as funny as she is. Have you read any of the books about the Algonqiun Round Table? They are awfully funny. Anyway Ame you are a kind soul and I

you for not tweaking out at that woman. I am fat (5''5" 174) and it is my own fault... I hate it when people call me fat but I despise how they treat my BF (6'' 140) I know it hurts him when people make Jack Slat could eat no fat jokes around him.... However if I knocked someone or they knocked me if the worst thing said was about my weight then they are much nicer then I am, though I would apoligize. Now I have nice things and I love my little car, but I would never dream of saying that I could buy someone. I just isnt done. If you wanted to lower yourself to her level you could have said "go fis* yourself" or if you wanted to take the slightly higher ground you could have said soemthing about those who trusly have money dont need to remind everyone of it constanly and given her a cold one over. I just cannot imagine being crass after hurting someone. Next time you can just tell her that all the money in the world doesnt buy absolution. What a bit*h

I''m not sure I would ever actually say that nasty word in public. It would be demeaning to me. But I would sure think it.

"FAT TRICK" would suffice.

or

"I don''t know how you think you can afford me since you obviously can''t afford a decent plastic surgeon, beeyotch!"
