It''s amazing to me what I put up with for him. It sure means I love him, because if it was anything less, I would have been out the door a long time ago!!

Seattle, it really is something we have to get used to. In the beginning, the work thing was a HUGE issue- I mean, ALL the time, he had something planned. I didn''t get it because I work a 9-5, I''m like, what do you mean you have a game??? So it was like, he''d work at school 7-3, then practice, THEN a game. He coached three sports at two schools, all the time. It kills me sometimes, but I love him so much, I deal.

Well, I''m in a much better mood today because my bf decided to not go to the bachelor party yesterday and instead, spend the whole day with me!!! I was so excited!! We didn''t do anything major, did a little shopping like we used to before his study fest. (I found an amazing Marc Jacobs silk tank top for under $40!!)

It was just so good to have him back being happy which made me happy as well. He''s helping someone move today, but I''m stil happy that I got him pretty much to myself all day yesterday. However, I don''t think I share in his thinking that changing is ringtone from "You''re Beautiful" to "Bossy" whenever I call is very funny.....

Sadly though, I don''t think he has a proposal up his sleeve planned. I may go back into sulking if he decides to take a 2 1/2 week trip to California ... which means he would miss MY BIRTHDAY!! Not okay. So, maybe I''m not next. Nope not even close.

It''s driving me a little bonkers, up and down on the rollercoaster...

Yep, vacation without me (however we are going to Costa Rica for 10 days at the end of August)

It''ll be okay I guess, one of my best friends has the same birthday as me (she''s a year older than me though) so we might do a double birthday, which we''ve done in the past.

The trip to California is to visit some of his cousins and friends. Now that he has finished the Bar, he has nothing but time on his hands. He doesn''t start working until September 30!!! It would still be lame if he was gone during my birthday though ... it''s the one day a year I feel totally justified being the center of attention.

I wish. I just started a new job (at Nordstrom''s Corporate Marketing offices which I loooove) a little over 3 months ago and I have no PTO saved up. When I started, I already had a trip to Hawaii planned (which was really fun) and the trip to Costa Rica in the works. That means no time for me to go anywhere. That was the saddest part about leaving my old job ... I had 3 1/2 weeks of vacation saved up for the purpose of traveling with him this summer. Welp, now I can''t go anywhere.

I have had fleeting thoughts of him surprising me and taking me to CA for a weekend or something, but I sincerely doubt it.

Hmm, I guess I just figured that once the ring was done, he wouldn''t want to wait to give it to me. I guess I was wrong.

Well, another weekend has come and gone. I am going to have to keep a count on how many days that thing has been done before I get to wear it in engaged bliss. Well, today makes 9 days.
