Today I confessed to DH that I actually dreamdt about a piece of red velvet cake and heard no end of it for at least an hour lol

I''ve got the worst cold and slept from 7pm - 11pm, then dh woke me up to tell me it was time for bed and i''ve never been so excited for bed! Is this normal for a cold? My muscles feel like they are all trying to kill me too with their soreness

We ordered a new screen door!
FI was in charge of measuring it. He measured it 1.5 inches too short width wise, and 4 inches too short height wise... (he didn''t write down the measurements, and thought he "remembered" what it was)

So, we have to order a new one!! And the old one is not returnable.

My $150 screen door is going to cost me $550+.

That''s awesome.

I think I really need to make an effort to stop just going on autopilot and really look around. I''ve got a great BF, a comfortable house to live in, good food to eat, great friends to spend time with, 4 pets that I love (even when they drive me nuts!), and a job I enjoy and find satisfaction in. I want to feel like this every day - it''s a great feeling.
 
FI just told me that since I "saw him measure the door" it''s partly my fault.

Oh phoo s.b. He''s probably just feeling a little guilty for being so inaccurate. You know, guys are "supposed" to be good at these things. Just let him get it out of his system and meanwhile..... just turn a slightly deaf ear

That''s a dangerous attitude for him to have. Hope he''s never around to see you screw anything up, lest it be partly his fault.

I would totally thank him for allowing you to be present and learn from his mistake.
 
The last quarter of Roots is disappointing me.
 
I''m sure he''ll apologize later. He wasn''t mean about it, but more "grasping at straws".

I had some errands to run, and after I picked up a small DQ blizzard. I then sent him a picture of it :P to get him back :P

We''re even now, I guess. About 2 years ago I measured the front windows to order blinds and I have NO IDEA how, but measured wrong. Well, now he can stop teasing me about it.

I hate cold sores. I could feel the tingling itching this morning and had one of the nurses call in Valtrex for me so hopefully it''s caught in time. JD and I have a date night Friday and I don''t want a stupid cold sore on my face! I have enough face issues.
 
Does the trick for me every time! Well that and Abreva...

Valtrex blows Abreva out of the water.

I also notice that if I use Valtrex, I don''t get cold sores for a while.
 
yep, I''ve got like 3 creams I alternate a million times during the day. Abreva, Zilactin and..Zostivax I think. Nasty things, cold sores.
 
I am a QVSucker. I cannot be trusted in this house alone with access to a working TV & no good shows on. Random purchase will OF COURSE be returned, as they all are ... MUST TURN OFF TUBE before more (temporary) damage is done.

SUCKER SUCKER SUCKER. I have to "out" myself to stop this madness. This "madness" is about a purchase a year but its nearly every time I watch this godforsaken ridic excuse for a channel. GAH!!!!!

And its only when DH is out of the house. If he was here he''d laugh at me and I''d snap out of it ... instead of being suckered into them being "out" of my size any minute now. GAH GAH GAH.

Please: flame me. Ridicule me. Shame me into hiding. Sob.
