Thanks! It is coming soon I promise as soon as I catch up from being away. I HEART my photographer, she is freaking fantastic (another person to recommend to you Gypsy if you like fun photos-she lives in San Jose), so we already have some amazing pro pics too.

Harleigh, thanks for the offer of help! I''ll get into it eventually. I''m still at the fantasizing about having someone else pay for this thing stage. LOL. I go through this everytime.

NELady... I think the ground rules are a great idea. I think that I''m really just worried about this sucker snow-balling and turning into yet another three ring circus and I totally agree that once things are a little more concrete, I''ll be much happier.

Neatfreak, I''m going to take John to Greens one of these weekends we are up in the city, and then see what he thinks. I''m not adverse at all, just can''t approach it head on, cause the first reaction will be .. Um, what? No. lol. It''s high praise from you that I won''t be ignoring. And you wedding just looks fabulous BTW. Such a lovely setting! Can''t wait to see your pro pics!

littlelysser... My parent''s have offered their house, and it''s tempting to do an at home wedding like you describe, because in someways it would be ideal. The only way it wouldn''t be ideal is dealing with my stepdad, who can be a PITA. I will remember to focus on the fact that the attendants aren''t there for the details, but rather for us. I promise. And if I need a little reminding, I''ll have to come back to this thread and remember. Thank you honey.

Mara... AWESOME recommendation. I love the courtyard area, it''s convenient, and needs minimal decorating, and is definitely not ''cookie cutter''... Got the wedding packages open now and pouring over them. And John and I will be trying their restaurant very soon! Talked to Marge today and she was fabulous too. Only downside is the lack of Ocean or pond, but there is a fountain. LOL. Thank you for the recommendation!

Gypsy: I''m like that too, with the whole, I want to show up wearing the dress. I didn''t read all the posts, but some girls just aren''t into planning! Nothing wrong with that. If planning is associated with stress more then anything, then maybe a wedding planner would help. You don''ty necessarily need the complete service, a lot of planners can just give you one consultation with some tips and venue ideas.
